Home Guard requirement 2023
The Government of Jharkhand has released a recruitment notification to fill 1501 vacancies in the Jharkhand Home Defense Corps for the position of Home Guard. The registration process for Jharkhand Home Guard 2023 will start on April 25th, 2023, and the deadline for submitting online applications is May 9th, 2023.
- Home Guard (Rural) – 1456 Posts
- Home Guard (Urban) – 45 Posts
Age Limit for the recruitment is between 19 to 40 years, as on January 1st, 2023. The pay scale will be as per the advertisement.
The educational qualifications required
- For the Home Guard (Rural) post is a minimum of VII standard pass from a recognized board/institute.
- For the Home Guard (Urban) post, the minimum educational qualification required is a 10th/Matric class pass from a recognized board/institute.
The selection process will consist of a medical test, Hindi writing test, and technical knowledge evaluation.
