Qualifications Required
To apply for the different positions, the applicants must possess the following qualifications:
- General Manager (Civil): A degree in Civil Engineering, with 20 years of post-qualification experience.
- Manager / Deputy Manager (Business Development and Marketing): A degree in Engineering, with 12 years of experience for Manager and 10 years of experience for Deputy Manager.
- Safety Officer: A degree in Safety Engineering or Engineering with a Diploma in Safety, with at least five years of post-qualification experience in Industrial Safety.
- System Engineer: A degree in Engineering in Electronics & Communication / Computer Science / IT, with a minimum of 05 years of post-qualification experience.
- Supervisor (Inspection & Quality Control): A Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 05 years of post-qualification experience.
- Supervisor (Design & Drawing): A Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 05 years of post-qualification experience.
- Supervisor (Maintenance): A Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of 05 years of post-qualification experience.
- Safety Assistant: A Higher Secondary certificate, with a minimum of 01-year Diploma in Safety Engineering, and a minimum of 05 years of post-qualification experience.
- Project Assistant: A Higher Secondary certificate (Matric + 12th) Pass, with 05 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Stores Assistant: A Higher Secondary certificate (Matric + 12th) Pass, with 05 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Technician – Maintenance (Semi Skilled): ITI preferable, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Selection Process
The selection process for the various posts includes a written test and an interview.
