Pay Scale:
- Junior Technical Assistant: W7 ₹ 23500 – 77000
- Deputy Manager: E1 ₹ 40000 – 3% – 140000
- Assistant Manager: E2 ₹ 50000 – 3% – 160000
- Manager: E3 ₹ 60000 – 3% – 180000
- Senior Manager: E4 ₹ 70000 – 3% – 200000
Educational Qualifications:
Junior Technical Assistant:
- Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) or Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application (PGDCA), with minimum 60% marks (OR)
- B.Sc in Electronics or Computer Science, with minimum 60% marks (OR)
- Three-year Diploma in Computer Engineering or Information Technology with minimum 60% marks from a State Board of Technical Education.
- Minimum 04 years post qualification experience.
Manager/ Senior Manager (IR & HR):
- Two-year Master’s Degree or equivalent Degree or equivalent Diploma or Post Graduate Degree in relevant areas, with minimum of 60% marks (OR)
- MBA with specialization in HR or equivalent Degree with specialization in HR or equivalent Diploma with specialization in HR (OR)
- Post Graduate Degree in Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management or Labour Welfare & Industrial Relations (OR)
- Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management.
- Minimum 09 years post qualification experience.
Deputy Manager (Naval Architect):
- Degree in Naval Architecture Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks + 07 years post-qualification experience.
Deputy Manager (Mechanical):
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks + 07 years post-qualification experience.
Deputy Manager (Electrical):
- Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks + 07 years post-qualification experience.
Assistant Manager (Electrical):
- Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks + 03 years post-qualification experience.
Assistant Manager (Finance):
- Degree and pass in the final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Institute of Cost Accountants of India + 03 years post-qualification experience.
Assistant Manager (Safety):
- A recognized Degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology (OR)
- A recognized Degree in Physics or Chemistry (OR)
- A recognized Diploma in any branch of Engineering or Technology.
- Minimum 02 years practical experience.
