Eligibility Criteria

- Executive (Finance): Candidates should possess a 3-year Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com).
- Executive (HR): Applicants must have a 3-year Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) in HR/Personnel Management.
- Executive (IT): Candidates should have a 3-year Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) or a three-year engineering diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Tele-Communications, or Networking.
- Junior Executive (Electrical): Candidates must have completed matriculation and a 2-year duration Course Approved Act Apprenticeship or ITI in Electrician, Wireman, Electrician Power Distribution, Lift & Escalator Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, or Technician Power Electronic System.
- Junior Executive (Signal and Telecommunication): Applicants should have completed matriculation and a 2-year duration Course Approved Act Apprenticeship or ITI in Instrument Mechanic, Mechanic Consumer Electronics Appliances, Technician Power Electronics System, Electronics Mechanic, Fitter, Wireman, Electrician, Information Technology, Information Communication Technology System Maintenance, or Information Technology Electronic System Maintenance.
- Junior Executive (Mechanical): Candidates must have completed matriculation and a 2-year duration Course Approved Act Apprenticeship or ITI in the trade of Fitter.
Age Limit and Pay Scale
The age limit for both Executive and Junior Executive positions is 18 to 30 years. However, there is age relaxation provided for certain categories: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC NCL, and 10 years for wBD.
The pay scale for the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 is as follows:
- For Executive positions: ₹30,000 – 1,20,000/- (E0 Level)
- For Junior Executive positions: ₹25,000 – 68,000/- (N-5 Level)
Selection Process
