GSL Recruitment 2023
Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL) has released an official notification on its website goashipyard.in for the recruitment of 36 managerial posts. The recruitment will be done on a Regular/Contract basis, and online applications are invited from qualified, talented, and experienced Indian Nationals. The last date for submitting online applications is 24th May 2023.

Age Limit:
The age limit for managerial posts is different for each post, and it is as follows:
- Additional General Manager: OBC – 51 years, UR – 48 years
- Deputy General Manager: OBC – 51 years
- Senior Manager: UR – 39 years, OBC – 42 years
- Manager: UR – 36 years
- Deputy Manager: UR – 33 years, EWS – 33 years
- Assistant Manager: UR / EWS – 30 years, OBC – 33 years, SC / ST – 35 years
Pay Scale:
The pay scale for managerial posts is as follows:
- Additional General Manager: ₹ 90000 – 3% – 240000/- (E-6)
- Deputy General Manager: ₹ 80000 – 3% – 220000/- (E-5)
- Senior Manager: ₹ 70000 – 3% – 200000/- (E-4)
- Manager: ₹ 60000 – 3% – 180000/- (E-2)
- Deputy Manager: ₹ 50000 – 3% – 160000/- (E-2)
- Assistant Manager: ₹ 40000 – 3% – 140000/- (E-2)
Educational Qualifications:
The minimum educational qualifications required for managerial posts are as follows:
- Full-time regular Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.)
- MBA / MCA
- Post Graduate Degree
Minimum Experience:
The minimum experience required for managerial posts is as follows:
- Additional General Manager: 16 years post qualification experience
- Deputy General Manager: 13 years post qualification experience
- Senior Manager: 10 years post qualification experience
- Deputy Manager: 04 years post qualification experience
- Manager: 07 years post qualification experience
- Assistant Manager: 01 year post qualification experience
Selection Process:
The selection process for managerial posts will consist of two stages:
- Shortlisting
- Personal Interview
Application Fee:
The application fee of ₹ 500/- (Non-Refundable) can be paid online via SBI e-pay using Debit card, Credit card, Net Banking, etc. However, SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.

To apply for GSL Recruitment, eligible candidates must apply online via the GSL Job portal (recruitment.goashipyard.in) starting from April 25th, 2023. Candidates should provide basic details and upload scanned copies of their Signature, Photo, Educational qualification mark sheet, experience certificate, etc. The deadline for online application registration is May 24th, 2023, until 17:00 Hours.
