Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) Marketing Division has released a notification inviting online applications for the engagement of Graduate Apprentice Trainees in non-engineering disciplines such as Hindi, Finance, and HR. This opportunity is in accordance with the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961, and is open to eligible candidates across various locations in India. HPCL Graduate Apprentice Trainee Recruitment 2023
Under the HPCL Graduate Apprentice Trainee Recruitment 2023, candidates have the opportunity to join as Graduate Apprentice Trainees in non-engineering roles, specifically in Hindi, Finance, and HR disciplines.
Disciplines and Eligibility
- Hindi: Candidates must possess a B.A. in Hindi.
- HR: Candidates must possess a B.A., B.Sc., or B.Com. degree.
- Finance: Candidates must possess a B.Com. degree.
To be eligible, candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in all semesters/years for General and OBC-NC categories, and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
Age Limit
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 28 years of age as of May 26th, 2023. However, there is a relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NC, and 10 years for PwBD candidates.
Stipend
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹23,000/-.
Selection Process
The selection process includes the evaluation of candidates’ degree marks and an interview.
