- Assistant Lecturer cum Assistant Instructor with a total of 05 positions
- Teaching Associate (Contractual) with a total of 06 positions.
Age Limit
For Assistant Lecturer positions, the age limit is not exceeding 35 years, while for Teaching Associate positions, the age limit is not exceeding 30 years.
Age relaxation is available as per Government of India rules.
Pay Scale
The pay scale for Assistant Lecturer positions is Pay Level 6 ₹ 35,400 – 11,2400/-, while the pay scale for Teaching Associate positions is under revision.
Qualifications Required
To apply for Assistant Lecturer positions, you must hold a Post Graduate degree in Hospitality/Tourism or an MBA along with a full-time degree or full-time 3-year diploma in Hotel Administration/Hospitality Management/Hotel Management/Hospitality Administration.
For Teaching Associate positions, you must have passed the NHTET with the prescribed percentage conducted by NCHMCT, hold a full-time degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration/Hotel Management, and a full-time Master’s Degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration/Hotel Management.
Selection Process
The selection process for IHM Mumbai Recruitment 2023 includes a Teaching Ability Test and a Subject Skill Test.
