IMU Faculty Recruitment Details
The recruitment is for a total of 26 vacancies, with
14 positions for Associate Professor and
12 positions for Assistant Professor.
The age limit for the positions is 65 years.
The pay scale for Associate Professor is Level 13A ₹ 131400 – 217100/- and for Assistant Professor is Level 10 ₹ 57700 – 182400/-.
Qualifications
The candidate should hold a Post Graduate degree in a relevant discipline along with a Ph.D in a relevant discipline. Additionally, the candidate should possess a Directorate General (Shipping) recognized MEO Class I (Motor) Certificate of Competency and have sailing experience for a minimum period of two years (For Associate Professor) / 06 months (For Assistant Professor) at Management level within the meaning of STCW Convention in force.
