Age Limit:
To be eligible for SDSC SHAR Recruitment 2023, candidates must be between 18 and 35 years of age as of 16th May 2023. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the Government rules.
Pay Scale:
The selected candidates will receive competitive salary packages based on the level of the position. The pay scales for each post are as follows:
- Technical Assistant: Level 7, Rs. 44,900 – 1,42,400/-
- Scientific Assistant: Level 7, Rs. 44,900 – 1,42,400/-
- Library Assistant-A: Level 7, Rs. 44,900 – 1,42,400/-
- Technician-B/Draughtsman-B: Level 3, Rs. 21,700 – 69,100/-
Educational Qualifications:
To apply for SDSC SHAR Recruitment 2023, candidates must meet the following educational qualifications:
- Technical Assistant: Candidates should have a 1st Class Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Scientific Assistant: Candidates should possess a 1st Class Degree (B.Sc.) in relevant subjects such as Computer Science, Physics, Maths, or Chemistry.
- Library Assistant-A: Candidates should have a 1st Class Degree and a First Class Master’s Degree in Library Science/Library & Information Science or an equivalent qualification.
- Technician-B/Draughtsman-B: Candidates should have passed SSLC/SSC and possess ITI/NTC/NAC in the relevant trade, such as Chemical, Various Mechanic, Fitter, Electrician, R & AC, Plumber, Civil, or Mechanical.
Selection Process:
The selection process for SDSC SHAR Recruitment 2023 will consist of the following stages:
- Written Test: Candidates will be required to appear for a written test to assess their knowledge and aptitude in the respective fields.
- Skill Test: Qualified candidates from the written test will be called for a skill test to evaluate their practical skills and abilities.

- Technician-B/Draughtsman-B posts: Rs. 500/-
- All other posts: Rs. 750/-
