Pay Scale
The selected candidates will receive the following pay scales:
- General Manager (Civil): E-8 ₹ 1,20,000 – 3% – 2,80,000/-
- General Manager (Electrical): E-5 ₹ 80,000 – 3% – 2,20,000/-
- Manager (IT): E-4 ₹ 70,000 – 3% – 2,00,000/-
- Deputy Manager (IT): E-4 ₹ 70,000 – 3% – 2,00,000/-
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the various positions should fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
General Manager (Civil):
Full-Time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering degree in the relevant discipline (Civil).
Minimum 25 years of post-qualification experience.
General Manager (Electrical):
Full-Time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering degree in the relevant discipline (Electrical).
Minimum 25 years of post-qualification experience.
Manager (IT):
Full-Time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering degree in the relevant discipline (IT).
Minimum 11 years of post-qualification experience.
Deputy Manager (IT):
Full-Time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering/Technology degree in Computer Science/IT discipline.
Minimum 06 years of post-qualification experience.
Selection Process
