Eligibility Criteria

- Clinical Psychologist: Candidates must have an M.Phil degree in Clinical Psychology/Rehab Psychology.
- Medical Officer: Candidates must have an MBBS degree and at least 3 years of experience.
- Assistant Manager (Plastic): Candidates must have a full-time B.Tech degree in Plastic Technology/Plastic Engineering and at least 8 years of experience.
- Assistant Manager – Mechanical (New Product Development): Candidates must have a full-time Engineering degree in Mechanical and at least 8 years of experience.
- Assistant Manager (Training): Candidates must have a full-time MBA (HR)/Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel/HR/IR/Management and at least 8 years of experience.
- Assistant Manager (AD): Candidates must have an MBA (HR)/Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel/HR/IR/Management and a degree in Law. They should also have at least 8 years of experience.
- Junior Manager Costing: Candidates must have an ICWA qualification and at least 5 years of experience.
- Consultant (Finance): Candidates must have a CA/ICWA qualification and at least 1 year of experience.
Selection Process
