- Manager (Finance): Candidates should have completed CA/CMA or B.Tech. with first class along with an MBA or PGDM (from any reputed B-School) with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is also required.
- Deputy Manager (Finance): Candidates should have completed CA/CMA or B.Tech. with first class along with an MBA or PGDM (from any reputed B-School) with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
- Assistant Manager (Finance): Candidates should have completed CA (Inter) or CMA (Inter) or possess an MBA or PGDM from any reputed B-School with first class and a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University. Proficiency in computer skills like MS Office and financial modeling is required. A minimum of 1 year of experience is also necessary.
- Assistant Manager (Law): Candidates should have a first-class Bachelor’s or Post Graduate Degree in Law in Business/Commercial Laws from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks. Proficiency in MS Office is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of Bar experience.
- Assistant Manager (Technical): Candidates should have a first-class B.Tech. with a minimum of 60% marks in the discipline of Mechanical/Civil Engineering only from a recognized University. A post-graduate degree is preferred. Proficiency in computer skills like MS Office and financial modeling is required. A minimum of 1 year of experience is necessary.
Selection Process
The selection process for APSFC Recruitment 2023 will be conducted through an online examination. Candidates will be assessed based on their performance in the examination.
