Place of Posting:
The selected candidates will be posted at various BDL offices and units located in Hyderabad, Telangana; Bengaluru, Karnataka; Bhanur Unit – Sangareddy, Telangana; Visakhapatnam Unit, Andhra Pradesh; Kochi, Kerala; and Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Age Limit:
To be eligible for these positions, candidates must be a maximum of 28 years old as of 10th May 2023. Age relaxation will be applicable as follows: 5 years for SC & ST candidates, 3 years for OBC-NCL candidates, and an additional 5 years for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD).
Salary:
Selected candidates will receive a competitive salary package based on the following scale:
- 1st Year: ₹30,000/- per month
- 2nd Year: ₹33,000/- per month
- 3rd Year: ₹36,000/- per month
- 4th Year: ₹39,000/- per month
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria to apply for the BDL Recruitment 2023 positions:
- Project Officer (Marketing): Candidates should possess a 2-year MBA or equivalent/Post Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Degree with a specialization in Marketing/Sales & Marketing.
- Project Officer (Finance): Candidates should have passed CA/ICWA or a course from an AIMA recognized Institute/University, or hold a First Class (60%) in MBA (Finance) or an equivalent course.
- Project Engineer: Candidates should have obtained a First Class (60%) in BE/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering (4 years)/Integrated M.E./M.Tech course or an equivalent qualification from an AICTE approved Institute/University. The disciplines available are Civil, Electronics, Mechanical, and Computer Science.
- Experience: A minimum of 01 year of post-qualification relevant experience is required.
Selection Process:
The selection process for BDL Recruitment 2023 will consist of the following criteria:
- Weightage: Aggregate Marks/Percentage secured in the Qualification in the relevant discipline (75 Marks)
- Relevant Post Qualification experience – Allocation of Marks (10 Marks)
- Interview Marks (15 Marks)
