Executive (Finance):
- 3 years Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com).
Executive (HR):
- 3 years Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) in HR or Personnel Management.
Executive (IT):
- 3 years Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) or Three years Engineering Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fields.
Junior Executive (Electrical):
- Matriculation plus 2 years duration Course Completed Act Apprenticeship or ITI approved by SCVT/NCVT in Electrician, Wireman, or related trades.
Junior Executive (Signal and Telecommunication):
- Matriculation plus 2 years duration Course Completed Act Apprenticeship or ITI approved by SCVT/NCVT in Instrument Mechanic, Mechanic Consumer Electronics Appliances, or related trades.
Junior Executive (Mechanical):
- Matriculation plus 2 years duration Course Completed Act Apprenticeship or ITI approved by SCVT/NCVT in Fitter trade.
Selection Process
The selection process for DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 includes the following stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT)
- Document Verification, Medical Examination, and Formation of Panel
DFCCIL Executive Exam Pattern
The Computer Based Test (CBT) will consist of 100 multiple-choice objective type questions, with each question carrying 1 mark. The exam duration will be 90 minutes, except for eligible PwBD candidates with a scribe, who will be given 120 minutes. The distribution of questions in different topics is as follows:

- Logical Reasoning/General Intelligence: 30 questions

To qualify for the recruitment, candidates must attain the minimum qualifying marks according to their category:
- UR/EWS: 40%
- SC/OBC-NCL: 30%
- ST: 25%
