Disqualification Criteria:
Candidates who fall under the following categories will be disqualified from applying for EMRS Recruitment 2023:
(a) Those who have entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a living spouse.
(b) Those having a spouse living and have entered into or contracted a marriage with any other person.
However, NESTS may consider exemptions if it is satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the Personal Law applicable to the individual and the other party to the marriage, provided there are other grounds for doing so.
