Age Limit: To be eligible for these positions, candidates must fulfill the following age criteria:
- Maximum age of 30 years for both male and female applicants.
- Age relaxation of up to 03 years for OBC candidates and 05 years for Government servants.
Educational Qualifications: To apply for the Lab Technician and Instructor positions, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
1. Lab Technician:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science
- OR Senior Secondary School Exam (10+2) in Science
- OR 10+2 Pass with a Vocational course certificate in an appropriate trade and a minimum of 03 years of practical experience.
2. Instructor:
- Engineering Degree (B.E.) in the respective field
- OR Secondary School Examination (10th Standard) or Senior Secondary School Exam (10+2) pass or Senior Secondary School Exam with a 3-year Diploma in the respective field
- OR Senior Secondary School Exam (10+2) pass + National Trade Certificate / ITI in an appropriate trade with CTI certificate training and a minimum of 03 years of experience.
Selection Process: The selection process for these positions at DBRAIT consists of the following stages:
- Written Test: Candidates will be evaluated based on a written examination, which carries a weightage of 40 marks.
- Skill Test: A skill test will be conducted to assess the practical knowledge and abilities of the candidates. This stage holds a weightage of 60 marks.
Application Fee: As part of the application process, candidates are required to pay the following application fees:
- General / OBC Male: ₹ 25/-
- SC / ST / PwBD / Women: Nil
