Job Openings and Vacancies: HPCL is offering positions for both Fixed Term Project Associates (FTPA) and Fixed Term Research Associates (FTRA). The number of vacancies for these positions is currently undisclosed.
Job Location: The selected candidates will have the opportunity to work at the HP Green R&D Centre in Bengaluru, located in the beautiful state of Karnataka.
Age Limit: To be eligible for the HPCL Recruitment 2023, candidates must meet the following age criteria:
- Project Associates: 28 years or below.
- Research Associates: 32 years or below.
Stipend and Salary: HPCL offers competitive stipends and salaries to its associates. The details are as follows:
- Project Associates: Monthly stipend ranging from ₹40,000 to ₹50,000.
- Research Associates: Monthly salary ranging from ₹65,000 to ₹85,000.
Eligibility Criteria: To be considered for the positions of Project Associates (FTPA) and Research Associates (FTRA), candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Project Associates (FTPA):
- Hold a B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Chemistry, Chemistry Material Science, Polymer Science, Microbiology/Biosciences/Biotechnology.
- Possess a Diploma or PG Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology/Petroleum Refining, Polymer/Plastic Technology, Mechanical Engineering/Automobile Engineering.
- Candidates (belonging to the General, OBC-NC, and EWS categories) should have secured a minimum of 60% marks, which can be relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
Research Associates (FTRA):
- Hold a Ph.D. in Chemistry, Bio Science/Microbiology/Bio-technology, or Engineering (Chemical, Combustion & Emission Engineering/Automobile Engineering/Thermal Engineering/Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy).
- Possess an M.Tech. in Chemical, Metallurgy, Mechanical, Combustion & Emission Engineering/Automobile Engineering, Themal Engineering, or Polymers/Plastic Technology.
- Candidates (belonging to the General, OBC-NC, and EWS categories) should have secured a minimum of 60% marks, which can be relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
Selection Process: The selection process for HPCL Recruitment 2023 is as follows:
- Candidates with higher educational qualifications than the minimum requirements mentioned in the advertisement will be given preference.
- Candidates with more experience in relevant fields than the minimum requirements mentioned in the advertisement will be given preference.
- Application screening will be conducted based on eligibility criteria.
- Resume shortlisting will consider factors such as work experience and academic marks.
- A written test may be conducted as part of the selection process.
