HSSC PGT Exam Date 2023
The exam date for the Haryana PGT Teacher 2023 will be announced at a later stage.
Haryana PGT Age Limit
Applicants must meet the following age criteria as of 18th July 2023:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Maximum age: 42 years
Furthermore, there is an upper age relaxation of 05 years for candidates belonging to SC/BC categories of Haryana, women, and military service personnel. Additionally, candidates with disabilities (PwD) are eligible for a relaxation of 10 years.
HSSC PGT Salary
Selected candidates will receive a salary in the range of ₹47,600 to ₹1,51,100/- along with usual allowances as applicable from time to time.
HSSC PGT Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the HSSC PGT Recruitment 2023, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
- Possession of a Post Graduate Degree (M.Sc./M.A./M.Com) in the relevant or concerned subjects with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Holding a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in Hindi or Sanskrit, with at least one of them being a subject in Matriculation or Higher.
- Possession of a certificate indicating qualification in the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) or School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) in the relevant subject.
HSSC PGT Selection Process
The selection process for HSSC PGT Recruitment 2023 comprises the following stages:
- Screening Test (MCQs) – 100 Marks
- Subject Knowledge Test – 150 Marks
- Interview / Viva Voce – 12.5% Weightage
HSSC PGT 2023 Application Fee
Applicants are required to pay the following application fees:
- General Category (Male): ₹1000/-
- All Female Candidates: ₹250/-
- Male Candidates of SC / BC-A / EWS from Haryana Only: ₹250/-
