- Senior Instructor: Pay level 7, ₹44,900/- per month
- Instructor: Pay level 6, ₹35,400/- per month
- Lecturer: Pay level 6, ₹35,400/- per month
- Assistant Lecturer: Pay level 6, ₹35,400/- per month
- Teaching Associate: ₹25,000/- per month
- Administrative Officer: Pay level 10, ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500/-
- Office Superintendent cum Accountant: Pay level 7, ₹44,900/-
- Technical Attendant: Pay level 1, ₹18,000 – ₹56,900/-
Eligibility Criteria for IHM Bodhgaya Recruitment 2023
To be eligible for the teaching and non-teaching positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Teaching Posts
- Post Graduate in Hospitality/Tourism or MBA
- Full-time Degree/Full-time three years Diploma in Hotel Administration/Hospitality Management/Hotel Management/Hospitality Administration/Culinary Arts/Culinary Science with a minimum of 55% marks
- Total of 10 years of experience for Senior Instructor and 5 years of experience for Instructor and Lecturer posts
Administrative Officer
- Bachelor of Commerce degree/BBA with a minimum of 55% marks
- At least 8 years of experience
Office Superintendent cum Accountant
- Graduate in Commerce with 5 years of experience in commercial or educational institutions or government office
- SAS Accountant with 2 years of experience in establishment matters
Technical Attendant
- Intermediate/10+2 or equivalent passed in any stream
- Diploma in Food Production/Housekeeping/F&B Service/Front Office
- 1 year of experience in the relevant field
