Pay Scale for IIT ISM Dhanbad Recruitment 2023:
The selected candidates for the various positions will receive the following salary packages:
- Manager (Innovation): ₹50,000 – ₹60,000/- per month
- Executive (Business Development): ₹40,000 – ₹45,000/- per month
- Associate (Marketing): ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/- per month
Educational Qualifications for IIT ISM Dhanbad Recruitment 2023:
To be considered for the different positions, candidates should fulfill the following educational requirements:
Manager (Innovation):
(1) First Class B.Tech./BE degree in Mining/Electronics/Mechanical/Robotics & Automation/Computer Science/Mechatronics, preferably from a renowned institute. Alternatively, a First Class Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology from a leading institute will be considered. (2) Candidates with experience and expertise in Innovation, Product Development, Start-ups, and CPS Technologies will be given preference. (3) Minimum of 3 years of working experience.
Executive (Business Development):
(1) First-class Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputed institute with a minimum of 3 years of experience in technology sector business development. Alternatively, a first-class Master’s degree in Business Administration/Economics/Geo-informatics from a renowned institute with a minimum of 2 years of experience in technology sector business development will be considered. (2) Candidates with experience in working with international clients will be given preference. (3) Relevant working experience is required.
Associate (Marketing):
(1) First-class Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a renowned institute with a minimum of 1 year of experience in technology sector business development. Alternatively, a first-class Master’s degree in Business Administration/Economics/Geo-informatics from a leading institute will be considered. (2) Candidates should have experience in Business Development for Mining, Geospatial Technologies, Exploration, and related areas.
