- First-class Engineering Graduates (B.E./B.Tech) in the respective subject with a valid GATE score. OR
- First Class B.E./B.Tech and First Class ME/M.Tech in the respective subject from an AICTE/UGC approved University/Institute.
- The eligible subjects are Electrical Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).
