Eligibility Criteria
Retired ONGC executives at the E4 to E5 level from the Production or Drilling discipline are eligible to apply for the Associate Consultant position. Additionally, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Work Over or Drilling field operations.
Selection Process
The selection process for the Associate Consultant position consists of a Written Test and a Personal Interaction. The Written Test carries a weightage of 80 marks, while the Personal Interaction holds a weightage of 20 marks. The total marks for the selection process amount to 100.
