RBI Junior Engineer Age Limit
To be eligible for the RBI Junior Engineer Recruitment 2023, candidates must meet the following age criteria:
- Candidates must be between 20 and 30 years old as of 1st February 2021.
- Applicants should have been born not earlier than 2nd February 1991 and not later than 1st February 2001 (both days inclusive).
- Age relaxation is applicable, with 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for PWD candidates.
RBI Junior Engineer Pay Scale
Selected candidates will receive a starting basic pay of ₹21,400/- per month (i.e., ₹13,150/- plus nine advance increments admissible to Junior Engineers) in the pay scale of ₹13,150 – 750(3) – 15400 – 900(4) – 19000 – 1200(6) – 26200 – 1300(2) – 28800 – 1480(3) – 33240 – 1750(1) – 34990 (20 years) along with other allowances.
RBI Junior Engineer Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the RBI Junior Engineer Recruitment 2023, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Junior Engineer (Civil):
- Minimum three years of Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute, University, or Board with a minimum of 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD) OR
- Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University with 55% marks (45% for SC/ST/PWD).
- Candidates with a Diploma should have a minimum of 2 years of experience, while candidates with a Degree should have a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Junior Engineer (Electrical):
- Minimum three years of Diploma in Electrical or Electrical and Electronic Engineering from a recognized Institute, University, or Board with a minimum of 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD) OR
- Degree in Electrical or Electrical and Electronic Engineering from a recognized University with 55% marks (45% for SC/ST/PWD).
- Candidates with a Diploma should have a minimum of 2 years of experience, while candidates with a Degree should have a minimum of 1 year of experience.
