Age Limit
- General Manager: Not exceeding 50 years
- Senior Manager: Not exceeding 45 years
- Assistant Manager: Not exceeding 35 years
- Company Secretary: Not exceeding 50 years
Pay Scales
- General Manager: E-8 ₹ 1,20,000 – 2,80,000/-
- Senior Manager: E-5 ₹ 80,000 – 2,20,000/-
- Assistant Manager: E-2 ₹ 50,000 – 1,60,000/-
- Company Secretary: E-5 ₹ 80,000 – 2,20,000/-
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the respective positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:
General Manager (Operations / Projects)
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech + MBA / M.Tech (Desirable)
- Experience: Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience.
Senior Manager (Projects)
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech + M.E. / M.Tech (Desirable)
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience.
Assistant Manager (Projects)
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech + MBA / M.Tech (Desirable)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
Senior Manager (Finance)
- Qualification: CA / ICWA (Associate Member) / MBA (Finance) +LL.B./ CFA/ CIMA/ MBA(Fin.) (Desirable)
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience.
Assistant Manager (Finance)
- Qualification: CA / ICWA (Associate Member) / MBA (Finance) +LL.B./ CFA/ CIMA/ MBA(Fin.) (Desirable)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
Assistant Manager (Human Resources)
- Qualification: Post Graduate degree with specialization in Human Resources (HR)/ Industrial Relations (IR) + LL.B (Desirable)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
Company Secretary
- Qualification: ACS + LL.B./ MBA (Finance)/ CA/ CWA (Desirable)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience.
Selection Process
The selection process for SDCL Recruitment 2023 will be based on the candidate’s qualifications and marks obtained. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview.
