- Deputy Manager: E-05, ₹100,000 – ₹260,000
- Senior Manager: E-04, ₹90,000 – ₹240,000
- Assistant General Manager: E-02, ₹70,000 – ₹200,000
Eligibility Criteria for NALCO Recruitment 2023
- Civil: A degree in Civil/Architecture/Ceramics Engineering is essential.
- Horticulture: A degree in Agriculture/Forestry with specialization in Horticulture OR a recognized PG qualification in Horticulture.
- PR&CC: A degree in any discipline is essential. A recognized PG Diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication, or Creative Writing is desirable.
- Safety: A degree in Mining Engineering with a 1st Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency in COAL.
- Law: A degree in any discipline with a Graduate Degree in Law OR an Integrated Law program of 5 years duration.
- Mining: A degree or equivalent in Mining Engineering with a 2nd Class Certificate of Competency under Coal Mines Regulation.
- Blasting Officer/Coal Mining: A degree or equivalent in Mining Engineering with a 1st Class Certificate of Competency under Coal Mines Regulation.
- Survey: A degree in Mining Engineering. Candidates holding a Surveyor Certificate of Competency in COAL will have additional preference.
Post Qualification Experience for NALCO Recruitment 2023
- Deputy Manager: 14 years
- Senior Manager: 11 years
- Assistant General Manager: 05 years
