Eligibility Criteria:
Let’s delve into the qualifications required for each discipline:
Business Development:
- Qualification: 1st Class Degree with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Additional Requirement: Completion of a 2-year full-time regular MBA program in Marketing.
Technology:
- Qualification: 1st Class Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Degree Type: 4-year full-time regular B.E. / B.Tech in relevant Engineering disciplines.
Law and Recovery:
- Qualification: 1st Class Full-Time Regular Graduate.
- Degree Type: LLB Degree or 5-year Integrated Law Degree.
Finance & Accounts:
- Qualification Option 1: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA).
- Qualification Option 2: 1st Degree in Commerce.
- Additional Requirement: Completion of a 2-year full-time regular MBA program in Finance.
Human Resource:
- Qualification: 1st Class Bachelor’s Degree.
- Additional Requirement: Completion of a 2-year full-time regular MBA program in HRM/ HRD/ PM&IR/ Labour Welfare.
Minimum Post Qualification Experience:
- General Manager: 17 years
- Deputy General Manager: 13 years
- Chief Manager: 10 years
- Deputy Manager: 03 years
Selection Process:
Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will undergo the following selection process:
- Written Test (70% weightage)
- Personal Interview (30% weightage)
