Eligibility Criteria:

Let’s delve into the qualifications required for each discipline:

Business Development:

  • Qualification: 1st Class Degree with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Additional Requirement: Completion of a 2-year full-time regular MBA program in Marketing.

Technology:

  • Qualification: 1st Class Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Degree Type: 4-year full-time regular B.E. / B.Tech in relevant Engineering disciplines.

Law and Recovery:

  • Qualification: 1st Class Full-Time Regular Graduate.
  • Degree Type: LLB Degree or 5-year Integrated Law Degree.

Finance & Accounts:

  • Qualification Option 1: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA).
  • Qualification Option 2: 1st Degree in Commerce.
  • Additional Requirement: Completion of a 2-year full-time regular MBA program in Finance.

Human Resource:

  • Qualification: 1st Class Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Additional Requirement: Completion of a 2-year full-time regular MBA program in HRM/ HRD/ PM&IR/ Labour Welfare.

Minimum Post Qualification Experience:

  • General Manager: 17 years
  • Deputy General Manager: 13 years
  • Chief Manager: 10 years
  • Deputy Manager: 03 years

Selection Process:

Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will undergo the following selection process:

  • Written Test (70% weightage)
  • Personal Interview (30% weightage)
