Education – Your Stepping Stone to Success:
- Level 5/4: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Level 3/2: Matric with 12th class (10+2 Stage) Pass or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% Marks (OR) Passed Matriculation plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship (OR) Passed Matriculation from recognized Board plus ITI approved by NCVT/ SCVT.
- Level 1: 10th / Matric Pass (OR) ITI (OR) National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
Sports Norms for Recruitment:
To become a part of North Central Railway’s Sports Quota, you must meet the minimum sports norms, which include:
- Representing the Country in any of the Category-B Championships/events, or
- Achieving at least 3rd Position in any of the Category-C Championships/events, or
- Securing at least 3rd Position in Senior/Youth/Junior National Championships, or
- Achieving at least 3rd Position in National Games organized under the aegis of the Indian Olympic Association, or
- Bagging the 1st Position in Federation Cup Championships (Senior Category).

Selection Process:
- All eligible candidates will be called for a Trial, and only FIT candidates (securing 25 or more out of 40 marks) will proceed to the next recruitment stage. Candidates declared NOT FIT by the Trial Committee will not advance further.

- ₹250/- for SC / ST / Ex-Servicemen / PwD / Women / Minorities and Economic Backward class.
- ₹500/- for all others.
