Age Limit
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 40 years for General, 43 years for OBC-NCL, and 45 years for SC/ST.
OIL Recruitment 2023 – Salary
- Contractual Chemist: ₹1,00,000/- per month
- Contractual Drilling Engineer: ₹80,000/- per month
- Contractual HSE/Fire Safety Officer: ₹70,000/- per month
OIL Recruitment 2023 – Eligibility Criteria
Operator
- Passed 10th Class/Matriculation from a Recognized Education Board.
- Passed 03 years Diploma in any engineering discipline.
- 02 years post-qualification work experience. (OR)
- Degree in Science stream + 02 years post-qualification work experience.
Mechanic
- 10th Class Pass from a Recognized Education Board.
- 03 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Automobile Engineering.
- 02 years post-qualification work experience.
Assistant Operator
- Must have passed Class 10 from a Government Recognized Education Board.
- Must have a Trade certificate in any trade of Diesel Mechanic/Fitter/Electrician/Turner/Welder/Motor Mechanic/Machinist Trade.
- Must have a minimum of 02 years post-qualification work experience.
Contractual Drilling/Workover Assistant Mechanic
- Passed Class 10 from a Government Recognized Education Board.
- Trade certificate in Diesel Mechanic Trade.
- Must have a minimum of 02 years post-qualification relevant work experience.

- Filled in Personal Bio-Data Form.
- 01 recent 3cm X 3cm colored photograph.
- Valid Identity Proof and valid Address Proof from a Competent Government Authority.
- Birth Certificate or Class X certificate containing DOB.
- Admit Card, Marksheet, and Pass Certificate of Class 10 issued by the concerned Government Recognized Education Board.
