BHEL Supervisor Trainee Vacancy 2023
Total Vacancies: 75
- Supervisor Trainee (Civil) – 30 posts
- Supervisor Trainee (Mechanical) – 30 posts
- Supervisor Trainee (HR) – 15 posts
Age Limit:
- Supervisor Trainee: 27 years
- Supervisor Trainee (HR): 29 years
- Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC (NCL).
Salary:
Candidates who join BHEL as Supervisor Trainees will undergo a one-year training program with a basic pay of ₹32,000/-. After successful completion of training, they will be appointed as Supervisors with a basic pay of ₹33,500/-.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Supervisor Trainee (Mechanical): Full-time Regular Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Supervisor Trainee (Civil): Full-time regular Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Supervisor Trainee (HR): Full-time regular Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Business Management, BBS, or BMS. A minimum of 65% marks or equivalent CGPA (relaxed to 60% for SC/ST candidates) in aggregate of all years/semesters is required.

- Computer-Based Examination
- Documents Verification
Application Fee:
- ₹795 for UR/EWS/OBC category candidates.
- ₹295/- for SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen candidates.
