- Executive (E-0): ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000/-
- Junior Manager (E-1): ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000/-
- Assistant Manager (E-2): ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000/-
- Educational Qualifications:
- Degree in relevant disciplines for Operations and Maintenance departments.
- Bachelor’s degree and MBA/PG Diploma for Materials Management.
- CA/ICMA/MBA(Finance) or equivalent for Finance & Accounts.
- Graduate with MBA/PGDBA or equivalent for Personnel & Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience for all positions.
- Age Limit:
- Executive: Below 28 years
- Junior Manager: Below 30 years
- Assistant Manager: Below 34 years
