SIDBI Recruitment 2023 Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’: Apply for 50 Vacancies

Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) has announced the recruitment of Officers/Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ in the General Stream for the year 2023. There are a total of 50 vacancies available for dynamic and ambitious young bachelor’s degree holders. SIDBI Job Vacancy:

• Name of the Post: Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ (General Stream)

Age Limit:

• Not below 21 years and not exceeding 28 years as of 14th December 2022.
• Candidates born between 14.12.1994 and 15.12.2001 (both days inclusive) are eligible to apply.
• Age Relaxation: 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC, 05 years for Ex-Servicemen, and an additional 10 years for PwBD.

Pay Scale:

• ₹ 28150 – 1550 (4) – 34350 – 1750 (7) – 46600 – EB – 1750 (4) – 53600 – 2000 (1) – 55600 (17 years) / ₹ 70,000/- Approx.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Possess a Bachelor’s degree in any subject from a recognized University/Institution with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD applicants) in aggregate.
2. Hold a CA/CS/CWA/CFA/CMA qualification.
3. Have a Bachelor’s degree in Law or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD applicants) in aggregate.
4. Experience: Minimum 02 years post-qualification work experience in Scheduled Commercial Banks/All India Financial Institution in areas of MSME lending (OR) 3 years of experience in systemically important NBFCs in MSME lending/Non-Individual lending/Corporate Lending.

SIDBI Assistant Manager Application Fee:

• ₹ 175/- for SC/ST/PwBD category candidates.
• ₹ 1100/- for General and OBC category candidates.
• No fee for Staff candidates.
• The fee can be made through online payment mode.

SIDBI Assistant Manager Selection Process:

• The selection process involves Group Discussion and Interview, which will be held at Lucknow, Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, and Kolkata.
