Global Automotive Research Centre (GARC) in Chennai is hiring talented individuals for two vacant positions, namely Engineer and PA to Director, on a contract/ad-hoc basis. Position Details:
- PA to Director – 01 vacancy
- Engineer (Auto PLI & Business Development) – 01 vacancy
Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: Candidates should not be above 45 years of age as of 01/01/2023. Educational Qualifications:
- PA to Director: Candidates should have a graduate degree from any stream with 60% marks or equivalent. Preference will be given to candidates with shorthand knowledge.
- Engineer: Candidates should have a B.E./B.Tech degree in Electricals, Electronics, Instrumentation. A background in the automotive sector is preferable.
Monthly Salary:
- PA to Director: ₹ 30,000 to 35,000/- per month
- Engineer: ₹ 40,000 to 50,000/- per month
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the Written Examination/Interview.
Application Fee:
The application fee is different for different categories. General, OBC, Ex-servicemen, and women candidates need to pay ₹ 885/- with an additional ₹ 590/- for every additional post applied.
SC/ST and EWS/PH candidates need to pay ₹ 531/- with an additional ₹ 354/- for every additional post applied.
Candidates can pay the application fee through online payment mode using Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking.
How to Apply:
Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official BECIL website (becilregistration.in). Candidates need to upload scanned copies of passport color photo, signature scan copy. The size of these scanned copies should be within 100 kb, and they should be in jpg/pdf files only. The BECIL registration process has seven steps, and candidates need to complete all the steps to apply successfully. The last date for receiving the application has been extended till 09/05/2023.
