Pawan Hans Limited, a government-owned helicopter company, is inviting applications for the Graduate Apprenticeship program for the year 2023. This program is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who are looking to gain experience in the aviation industry. The apprenticeship program will be offered under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Interested candidates can apply for this program until 17th May 2023.
Pawan Hans Limited is looking to fill the following positions for the Graduate Apprenticeship program:
- General Stream Graduate Apprentices – 20 vacancies
- Engineering Graduate Apprentices – 13 vacancies
Job Locations
The selected candidates will be posted in Delhi/NCR and Mumbai.
The following disciplines are available for apprenticeship:
- General Stream Graduate Apprentices: Finance, Marketing, Human Resource & Aeronautics
- Engineering Graduate Apprentices: Civil, Computer, Electrical, Electronics, Aeronautics, Mechanical
Age Limit
The minimum age to apply for the apprenticeship program is 18 years, and the maximum age limit is 30 years as of 1st January 2023.
However, for OBC candidates, the maximum age limit is 33 years, and for SC/ST candidates, the maximum age limit is 35 years.
Stipend
The selected candidates will be paid a monthly stipend of ₹ 15,000.
Educational Qualifications
- General Stream Graduate Apprentices: BBA / B.Sc. / B.Com / B.Sc. (Aviation) Degree.
- Engineering Graduate Apprentices: B.Tech.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates for the apprenticeship program will be based on the percentage of marks obtained by them in their degree courses. The final selection will be made after the documents’ verification.

Interested candidates are advised to enroll themselves on the NATS portal at portal.mhrdnats.gov.in from 26th April 2023. After enrollment, the candidates can fill in the necessary details and send the application to the following address:
