The Goa Public Service Commission (GPSC) has released Advertisement No. 04 of the year 2023 inviting online applications from eligible candidates for various posts, including Technical Examiner, Teacher, Mamlatdar, and Assistant Professors.   • Senior Technical Examiner: 01
  • Technical Examiner: 02
  • Assistant Technical Examiner: 02
  • Assistant District Educational Inspectors/Teacher Grade – I: 23
  • Mamlatdar/Jt. Mamlatdar/Vigilance Officer: 02
  • Assistant Professor in Harmonium: 01
  • Assistant Professor in Political Science: 01

Age Limit and Pay Scale

The maximum age limit for all the posts is 45 years. The pay scale for each post is as follows:

  • Senior Technical Examiner: Level 12
  • Technical Examiner: Level 11
  • Assistant Technical Examiner: Level 7
  • Teacher: Level 8
  • Mamlatdar/Jt. Mamlatdar/Vigilance Officer: Level 7
  • Assistant Professor: Level 10

Educational Qualifications

  • Senior Technical Examiner/Technical Examiner/Assistant Technical Examiner: Officers under the Central/State Govts. and Union Territories holding posts in required rank.
  • Assistant District Educational Inspectors/Teacher: Master’s Degree with at least 50% marks (or its equivalent) and B.Ed. in the relevant subject (OR) Master’s Degree with at least 45% marks (or its equivalent) and B.Ed.
  • Mamlatdar/Jt. Mamlatdar/Vigilance Officer: Degree in Law. Knowledge of local revenue laws, laws governing maintenance of law and order, planning and development works. Knowledge of Konkani.
  • Assistant Professor in Harmonium: Good academic record with at least 55% of marks or equivalent grade at Master’s Degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree. National Eligibility Test (NET)/State Level Eligibility Test (SET).
  • Assistant Professor in Political Science: Good academic record with at least 55% of marks or equivalent grade at Master’s Degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a foreign University. National Eligibility Test (NET)/ State Level Eligibility Test (SET).

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
