Ordnance Factory Chanda Recruitment 2023
Ordnance Factory Chanda, a unit of Munitions India Limited and a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, is inviting applications for engagement of Graduate and Technician Apprentices in various disciplines under the Apprentice Act 1961 (as amended 1973, 14 & 19). This is a great opportunity for eligible graduates and diploma holders to apply for 76 apprentice posts.
Name of Post and Vacancies:
- Graduate Apprentice (Engineering Streams): 06 vacancies
- Graduate Apprentice (General Streams): 40 vacancies
- Technician Apprentice (Diploma Holders): 30 vacancies
Apprentice Age Limit:
The minimum age for applicants is 14 years and there is no upper age limit.
Apprentice Stipend:
- Graduate Apprentice (Engineering Streams): ₹ 9000/- per month
- Graduate Apprentice (General Streams): ₹ 9000/- per month
- Technician Apprentice (Diploma Holders): ₹ 8000/- per month
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate Apprentice (Engineering Streams): Applicants must have completed an Engineering Graduate (B.E. / B.Tech) in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Discipline.
- Graduate Apprentice (General Streams): Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science (B.Sc.) / Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) / Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA).
- Technician Apprentice (Diploma Holders): Applicants must have a Diploma in Engineering / Technology – Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Discipline.
Selection Process:
Selection for these apprentice posts will be based on the marks obtained in the educational qualifications.
