DPS DAE Recruitment 2023
The Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), Directorate of Purchase and Stores (DPS), Mumbai, Maharashtra, has released a recruitment notification inviting eligible candidates to apply for 65 Junior Purchase Assistant / Junior Store Keeper positions. Age Limit
To be eligible, candidates must meet the following age criteria:

- SC candidates: 5 years relaxation

Assistant Salary
Selected candidates for the Junior Purchase Assistant position will receive a salary in Level 4 of the pay matrix, ranging from ₹25,500 to ₹81,100.
Educational Qualifications
Candidates applying must meet one of the following educational qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science with a minimum of 60% marks
- Commerce Graduate with a minimum of 60% marks
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Science with a minimum of 60% marks from a government-recognized university or institution.
Selection Process
The selection process consists of two levels:
- Level 1: Objective Type Test
- Level 2: Descriptive Type Test
Exam Pattern
The exam will cover the following subjects and include the specified number of questions:
- General English: 50 questions
- General Intelligence & Reasoning in Science (OR) Basic Accounting Principles: 60 questions
- Quantitative Aptitude (Arithmetic): 50 questions
- General Knowledge: 20 questions
- Computer Knowledge: 20 questions
Application Fee
Candidates belonging to the General or OBC category are required to pay an application fee of ₹200/-. However, candidates from SC, ST, Women, Ex-servicemen, and PWD categories are exempted from paying the application fee.
