Officers (DSIM): For this category, applicants should have a Master’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematical Statistics, Mathematical Economics, Econometrics, Statistics & Informatics, or Applied Statistics & Informatics from recognized universities/institutes with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade. Other qualifications, such as a Master’s Degree in Mathematics or a post-graduate diploma in Statistics, are also accepted.
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive an attractive starting basic pay of ₹35,150/- per month. This pay scale falls within the range of ₹35,150-1750 (9)-50900-EB-1750 (2)-54400-2000 (4)-62400, which is applicable to Officers in Grade B. In addition to the basic pay, officers will be entitled to various allowances and benefits as per the rules and regulations of the Reserve Bank of India.
