Age Limit:

  • Technical Officer: Applicants must be between 18 to 35 years old.
  • Scientific Assistant: Candidates should be between 18 to 30 years old.
  • Technician: The age range for Technician positions is 18 to 25 years.
  • Stipendiary Trainee Category I: Eligible candidates must be between 18 to 24 years old.
  • Stipendiary Trainee Category II: The age limit for Stipendiary Trainee Category II is 18 to 22 years.

Age Relaxation:

  • OBC candidates are eligible for a relaxation of 3 years.
  • SC/ST candidates can avail a relaxation of 5 years.
  • Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) can benefit from a relaxation of 10 years.

Pay Scale / Stipend:

  • Technical Officer: The selected candidates will receive a monthly entry pay of ₹56,100 at Level 10.
  • Scientific Assistant: Successful applicants will receive an entry pay of ₹35,400 per month at Level 6.
  • Technician: Candidates selected for Technician positions will receive an entry pay of ₹21,700 per month at Level 3.
  • Stipendiary Trainee Category I: During the first year, stipend will be ₹24,000 per month, and during the second year, it will be ₹26,000 per month.
  • Stipendiary Trainee Category II: Stipend for the first year will be ₹20,000 per month, and for the second year, it will be ₹22,000 per month.

Selection Process and Application Details:

Selection Process: The BARC Recruitment follows a multi-stage selection process, which includes the following steps:

  1. Preliminary Test
  2. Advanced Test
  3. Skill Test
