High Court of Gujarat Assistant Recruitment 2023
The High Court of Gujarat, Sola, Ahmedabad – 380060, has released a recruitment notification for the post of Assistant for filling up a total of 1778 vacancies on the establishment of the Subordinate Courts in the State of Gujarat, by Direct Recruitment Basis. Age Limit
The minimum age limit to apply for the post of Gujarat High Court Assistant is 21 years, and the maximum age limit is 35 years, as on 19th May 2023.
However, there is a relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/SEBC/EWS candidates (Gujarat Origin Only), 5 years for Women Candidates, and 10 years for Differently Abled Persons.
Salary
The pay matrix for the post of Gujarat High Court Assistant is ₹19,900 – ₹63,200/-.
Educational Qualifications
To apply for the post of Gujarat High Court Assistant, the candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree obtained from government recognized Universities or Institutions, with a typing speed of 5000 Key depression on computer in English and/or Gujarati. Basic knowledge of Computer Operation is essential, along with sufficient knowledge of English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
Selection Process
The selection process for the post of Gujarat High Court Assistant includes an Elimination Test (Objective Type – MCQs) for 100 Marks, followed by a Main Written Examination (Descriptive Type) for 60 Marks, and a Practical/Skill Test (Typing Test) for 40 Marks.
Application Fee
The application fee for the post of Gujarat High Court Assistant is ₹500/- plus the usual Bank Charges for SC, ST, SEBC, Economically Weaker Sections, Differently Abled Persons, and Ex-Servicemen.
The fee is ₹1000/- for all other candidates. The fee can be paid through Online Payment or Cash-Challan (Offline) (Challan will be generated Online at SBI e-Pay Website).
