Age Limit
To be eligible for the executive vacancies at HURL, candidates must meet the following age criteria:
- Senior Vice President: Up to 50 years
- Vice President: Up to 50 years
- Chief Manager: Up to 45 years
- Manager: Up to 40 years
- Assistant Manager: Up to 35 years
- Engineer: Up to 30 years
- Executive Grade 4: Up to 45 years
- Executive Grade 1: Up to 30 years
Remuneration Offered
HURL offers competitive remuneration packages based on the designation. The annual CTC (Cost to Company) for each position is as follows:
- Senior Vice President: 48 Lakhs
- Vice President: 32 Lakhs
- Chief Manager: 24 Lakhs
- Manager: 16 Lakhs
- Assistant Manager: 11 Lakhs
- Officer/Engineer: 7 Lakhs
Qualifications Required
Candidates applying for the executive positions at HURL must fulfill the following educational qualifications:
- For Engineering Disciplines: Candidates should have a relevant Engineering Graduate degree.
- For Marketing: Candidates should possess a B.Sc. in Agriculture/B.E./B.Tech in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks. Additionally, an MBA/PGDBM in Marketing/Agri Business Management/Rural Marketing is required.
- For HR: Candidates should have an MBA/Master’s degree or Post Graduate Diploma equivalent to MBA with HRM/Personnel Management & Industrial Relations as major subjects. Alternatively, a Master’s degree in HRM/IR/Labour Welfare/Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare is acceptable. A degree in Law will be preferred.
- For Finance: Candidates should be members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or Cost Accountants of India (CA/CMA) or possess a two-year MBA with specialization in Finance with a minimum of 60% marks.
- For Law: Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized Indian University/Institute with a minimum of 60% marks, or a 5-year integrated Law degree.
Minimum Experience
To be eligible for the executive vacancies, candidates must meet the following minimum experience criteria:
- Senior Vice President: 25 years
- Vice President: 20 years
- Chief Manager: 15 years
- Manager: 10 years
- Assistant Manager: 5 years
- Engineer: 2 years
- Executive Grade 4: 15 years
- Executive Grade 1: 2 years
