NISER Recruitment Pay Scale: Rewarding Excellence

- Scientific Assistant C: Level-7, earning between ₹ 44,900 and ₹ 1,42,400 per month
- Scientific Assistant B: Level-6, earning between ₹ 35,400 and ₹ 1,12,400 per month
- Technician C: Level-4, earning between ₹ 25,500 and ₹ 81,100 per month
- Technician B: Level-3, earning between ₹ 21,700 and ₹ 69,100 per month
Educational Qualifications: Empowering Knowledge
To ensure the highest level of expertise in the selected candidates, NISER has established educational qualifications for each position:
- Scientific Assistant C: Candidates must possess a B.Sc. Degree with Biology, Geology, or a relevant subject as the major subject with a minimum of 60% marks. Additionally, a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required.
- Scientific Assistant B: Candidates must have a Diploma or B.Sc. Degree in relevant subjects/fields with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Technician C: Candidates must have completed SSC (10th Standard/Matric) with a minimum of 60% marks, along with a trade certificate in the relevant field. Additionally, a minimum of 4 years of experience in the relevant field is required.
- Technician B: Candidates must have completed HSC (Matric with 12th Standard) in Science with a minimum of 60% marks.
