Work Locations
The selected candidates will be stationed in one of the following cities:
- Chennai
- Bengaluru
- Delhi
- Kolkata
- Mumbai
Age Limit
To be eligible for these specialist positions, you must be between 25 and 35 years of age as of 1st May 2023.
Pay Scale
The remuneration for the selected candidates will be negotiable. The compensation package will consist of a fixed salary and variable pay, based on the applicable pay structure.
Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria vary depending on the position. Here are the qualifications required for each role:
1. Product Manager: Cash & Cheque Receivables / Payment
- Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech/CA and/or MCA/M.Sc. IT
2. Product Manager: B2B Payments
- Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech/CA and/or MCA/M.Sc. IT
3. Product Manager: UPI & Mandate Management
- Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech/CA and/or MCA/M.Sc. IT
4. Product Manager: API Banking
- Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech/CA and/or MCA/M.Sc. IT
5. Product Manager: Internet Payment Gateway & Aggregator Relationships
- Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech/CA and/or MCA/M.Sc. IT
6. Team Lead: Transaction Banking Sales
- Educational Qualification: M.Tech/MBA (Marketing & Sales)
7. Chartered Accountants
- Educational Qualification: CA
Selection Process
The selection process for these specialist positions will involve two stages:
- Shortlisting: The bank will shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and experience.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview to assess their suitability for the role.
