DDA Recruitment 2023 Age Limit
To be eligible for DDA Recruitment 2023, candidates must meet the following age criteria:
- Assistant Accounts Officer / ASO / Architectural Assistant / Legal Assistant / Naib Tehsildar: Not exceeding 30 years.
- Junior Engineer (Civil): 18 to 27 years
- Surveyor: 18 to 25 years
- Patwari: 21 to 27 years
- Junior Secretariat Assistant: 18 to 27 years
DDA Recruitment 2023 Pay Scales
The selected candidates will be offered the following pay scales:
- Assistant Accounts Officer: Level 8, ₹ 9300 – 34800 + GP ₹ 4800/-
- Assistant Section Officer (ASO): Level 7, ₹ 9300 – 34800 + GP ₹ 4600/-
- Architectural Assistant: Level 7, ₹ 9300 – 34800 + GP ₹ 4600/-
- Legal Assistant: Level 7, ₹ 9300 – 34800 + GP ₹ 4600/-
- Naib Tehsildar: Level 6, ₹ 9300 – 34800 + GP ₹ 4200/-
- Junior Engineer (Civil): Level 6, ₹ 9300 – 34800 + GP ₹ 4200/-
- Surveyor: Level 5, ₹ 5200 – 20200 + GP ₹ 2800/-
- Patwari: Level 3, ₹ 5200 – 20200 + GP ₹ 2000/-
- Junior Secretariat Assistant: Level 2, ₹ 5200 – 20200 + GP ₹ 1900/-
DDA Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for DDA Recruitment 2023, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
- Assistant Accounts Officer: Chartered Accountant (CA) / Company Secretary (CS) / ICWA / Master in Financial Control / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Assistant Section Officer (ASO): Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent + Computer Proficiency.
- Architectural Assistant: Degree in Architecture.
- Legal Assistant: Possessing a Regular Degree in Law with 3 years of experience at the Bar.
- Naib Tehsildar: Degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification with 50% marks or above.
- Junior Engineer (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Surveyor: Diploma or 02 years ITI / National Trade Certificate in Surveying + 02 years of relevant experience.
- Patwari: Degree in any discipline.
- Junior Secretariat Assistant: 12th class pass or equivalent qualification + Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer.
DDA Recruitment 2023 Selection Process
The selection process for DDA Recruitment 2023 includes the following stages:
- Computer Based Examination
- Computer Proficiency Test and DEST (For ASO Post only)
- Interview (For AAO Post only)
- Typing Test (For JSA Post only)
DDA Recruitment 2023 Exam Cutoff Marks / Merit List
The cutoff marks are as follows:
- UR / General: 40%
- SC / ST: 30%
- OBC (NCL): 35%
- EWS: 35%
