Vacancies:
The DFCCIL aims to fill a total of 535 vacancies for the following posts:
- Executive (Civil) – 50 vacancies
- Executive (Electrical) – 30 vacancies
- Executive (Operations & Business Development) – 235 vacancies
- Executive (Finance) – 14 vacancies
- Executive (HR) – 19 vacancies
- Executive (IT) – 06 vacancies
- Junior Executive (Electrical) – 24 vacancies
- Junior Executive (Signal and Telecommunication) – 148 vacancies
- Junior Executive (Mechanical) – 09 vacancies
Age Limit:
The age limit for both Executive and Junior Executive posts is between 18 and 30 years. However, certain relaxations are applicable as follows:
- SC / ST candidates: 5 years relaxation
- OBC NCL candidates: 3 years relaxation
- Candidates from wBD category: 10 years relaxation
Pay Scale:
The pay scale for the Executive posts is ₹30,000 – 1,20,000/- (E0 Level), while for the Junior Executive posts, it is ₹25,000 – 68,000/- (N-5 Level).
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the various posts, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Executive (Civil): Candidates should possess a 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering or related disciplines such as Civil Engineering (Transportation), Civil Engineering (Construction Technology), Civil Engg. (Public Health), or Civil Engineering (Water Resource).
- Executive (Electrical): Candidates should possess a 3-year Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, Power Supply, Instrumental & Control, Industrial Electronics, Electronics & Instrumentation, Applied Electronics, Digital Electronics, Instrumentation, Power Electronics, or Electronics & Control Systems.
- Executive (Operations & Business Development): Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) in any discipline.
- Executive (Finance): Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) with a duration of 3 years.
- Executive (HR): Candidates should have completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) in HR/Personnel Management.
- Executive (IT): Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) or a 3-year Engineering Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Tele-Communications, or Networking.
- Junior Executive (Electrical): Candidates should have completed Matriculation plus a 2-year duration Course Completed Act Apprenticeship or ITI approved by SCVT/NCVT in the trade of Electrician, Wireman, Electrician Power Distribution, Lift & Escalator Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, or Technician Power Electronic System.
- Junior Executive (Signal and Telecommunication): Candidates must have completed Matriculation plus a 2-year duration Course Completed Act Apprenticeship or ITI approved by SCVT/NCVT in the trade of Instrument Mechanic, Mechanic Consumer Electronics Appliances, Technician Power Electronics System, Electronics Mechanic, Fitter, Wireman, Electrician, Information Technology, Information Communication Technology System Maintenance, or Information Technology Electronic System Maintenance.
- Junior Executive (Mechanical): Candidates should have completed Matriculation plus a 2-year duration Course Completed Act Apprenticeship or ITI approved by SCVT/NCVT in the trade of Fitter.
Selection Process:
The selection process for DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 consists of the following stages:
- Computer Based Test
- Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT)
- Document Verification / Medical / Formation of Panel
Application Fee:
Candidates belonging to the General and OBC categories are required to pay an application fee of ₹1,000/-. However, candidates from SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-servicemen, and Transgender categories are exempted from paying the fee.
The application fee can be paid online using UPI, Credit Card, or Online Net Banking.
