Attractive Stipend for NLC Industrial Trainees
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend based on the position they are assigned to. The stipend details are as follows:

- 1st year: ₹18,000 per month
- 2nd year: ₹20,000 per month
- 3rd year: ₹22,000 per month
- Industrial Trainee (Mines & Mines Support Services):
- 1st year: ₹14,000 per month
- 2nd year: ₹16,000 per month
- 3rd year: ₹18,000 per month
Eligibility Criteria for NLC Industrial Trainee Role
To be considered for the Industrial Trainee positions, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Industrial Trainee (Specialized Mining Equipment (SME) Operations): Candidates should possess a Full-time Diploma in Engineering course with a minimum duration of 3 years.
- Industrial Trainee (Mines & Mines Support Services): Candidates should have completed ITI in Fitter, Turner, Electrician, Welding, MMV, Diesel Mechanic, Tractor Mechanic, Civil, Foundry, or Cable Jointing Trades with NAC Certification.
